Legacy Arena, Birmingham, Alabama - Rising heavyweight prospect Dominic Breazeale (16-0, 14KOs) won a controversial ten round unanimous decision over veteran Fred Kassi (18-4-1, 10KOs). The scores were 97-93, 98-92 and an absolutely absurd 100-90. BoxingScene had it 95-95 for the draw and felt Kassi had the edge.

Kassi is coming off spirited ten round draw with Chris Arreola in July - where some had him as the winner - and prior to that he was stopped by Amir Mansour in seven rounds last November.

What a ***ing joke!! Kassi won this fight. Dominic is slow as hell, flops around the ring like a drunk, and has zero defense! Another robbery from a lessor known guy. Those damn score cards were filled out the day before!

Terrible officiating...the 1 that had it 100-90
shouks have his license susprnded permanrntly...even the other judge David Hudson at 8-2 in rounds was way off...how do these inept judges get licensed???

Yeah i had him winning this fight as well as the Arreola fight. He cant catch a break.

Because they're not inept, they're paid off. Promoters bring back the judges they know they can pay off.

The judge who scored a shutout needs to have his license pulled for either taking a bribe or incompetence.

OMG it's getting more and more frequent. I think that there's at least several horrendous score cards every week now. The sport has to change for the better. Someone in the boxing business needs to step up to the plate and think outside the box to make a change. Fans leave the sport for this very reason. New rules need to be implicated. This needs to STOP!!!
