Fury is not Mike Tyson. Meaning...he is not a threat to rip your head off in the ring. Vlad knows that the challenge is not the same and that he need not be concerned with a big punch.

So the notion that Vlad is scared for his safety is not realistic, Vlad may feel like he ould lose this fight but if you are Vlad you realize the refs, the crowd, and even the style of opponent work in your favor.

Vlad's major concern would be a loss...but if this even goes to the scorecards Vlad is in a much better position than Fury.

I say this because the idea that Vlad was psyched out makes no real sense. He may feel Fury can win. But he must also know that if he keeps it close he can still get the nod.

I actually think that if they fight Vlad may well quit and claim injury...he has laid the groundwork to do this with his claim of an injury. This is a "way out" for him. then he has the option for a rematch doesn't he?

This is what I dislike about the Klitchkos. They make these negotiations that favor them in every way. lets not forget that Fury and his team KNOW this...it is probably one of the reasons Fury is so determined!
