it should be wlad without a doubt. it's an absolute disgrace that wlad gets bumped outside of the top 5 and gonzalez gets #1. i used to like gonzalez but now i think he's just a frickin hype overrated scum. i hope viloria ko's him and i hate viloria.

To be fair, the P4P list has never been this open in quite some time. I know Pacquiao took a long time to make it to #1 but the P4P king that time was pretty clear. Same with Floyd having to wait to be P4P.

I don't have Gonzalez #1 (probably Manny or Wlad) but it's not the same situation as the other guys have gone through in previous years.

I would not be complaining if it was Wlad, Kovalev or Ward.

So how exactly is Kovalev a better choice than Gonzalez? His only two wins are against a 50 year old fighter and an above average Pacal. People praise him because he passes the eye test as well, but he's no more deserving than Roman.

Its crazy Gonzalez goes from one of the most underrated and P4P snub to #1 and now some calling it BS. For now i would just leave Wlad there really no clear cut #1 now.

I'd put Pacquiao @ #1 because I thought he beat Floyd, but if you must someone else, make it Wlad considering he beats Fury.

Kovalev need 1 more above average win so he can rightfully hold it. Either that or whoever wins Ward/Kovalev is #1.

Gonzalez NEEDS to beat Estrada, Ruen, or Inoue within the next 6 months to prove that he deserves it until the next challenge.

Otherwise, he doesn't deserve it atm. Viloria is good and all, but come on, ANOTHER past prime champ when there are 3 Great fighters in their prime waiting around you?
