      yes. Ramos was massacred by Rigo losing by KO the spurious title that Rico won with a lucky punch against Shimoda (who was comfortably beating Ramos). After Rigo, Ramos have lost 4 more including one defeat against Ronnie Rios. The only defeat on Rios pro career has been against Robinson Castellanos.

        Rico Ramos was so terrible. Even he couldn't believe he landed that punch on Shimoda.

            Both guys have a respectable work rate so it should be a good scrap. Rios only one loss to the guy who beat Rocky Juarez and Velez who has one real loss where he was dominated by Jose Beranza and given a gift. Not sure who wins this. Depends a lot on if Rios recovered from his ko loss.

                  Ok fight could be a decent scrap neither are that good so it kind of evens out, but is this going to be on PPV it'd have to be the opener if Ward doesn't get a fight

                    Velez got gifts not only against Beranza but also against the Russian ex-cnamp.
