Well am sure if the money is good enough he would take the fight, he has basically clean out his division, I dont see too many challenges for him at that weight, unless GGG goes after him which I know he doesn't want to, then there is no point in Ward taking too many fights at 168. A fight at LHW against Kov would be a great legacy fight for him right now.

That's not the same thing. That was her trying a power play. This is just her talking about talks with someone else about a fight, like with GYM back then. She wasn't lying about positive talks then, and I have no reason to assume she is now.

The only reason people don't want to believe her is because they want to believe Ward is ducking. Maybe he is, but if Duva says the other side is positive about the fight than there's no reason to assume she is lying.

Wards wants to stay undefeated thats why he is still at 168, its much more important than a couple of millions. He can also make big money by fighting bums at 168, thats why he signed with Roc nation.

Ward is another paper champ American who is tarnishing the reputation of Boxing. KOVALEV should do all he can to make this fight, KO ward--AND MAKE HIM EVEN MORE IRREVERENT THAN HE HAS ALREADY MADE HIMSELF
