I don't think USADA ever thought he was clean, if they did they wouldn't pursue him for years, spend your tax payer money for years to bring him down. It's just plain common sense.

Hopkins at 38 was a better fighter than Mayweather is right now, better footwork especially in terms of keeping his balance, and Hopkins could move forward with his attack where as Mayweather hasn't been able to do that well since Marquez.

No he is not bongo......Hopkins has been irrelevant for 8 years now.....only kept at the top because of mediocre fighters in his weight....floyd has faced far better fighters albeit on his own terms,,,but cotto..Canelo ..pacquaio are far better than cloud or Chad Dawson...best fight Hopkins has faced in kovalev and he got battered like a piece of cod in a fish and chip shop...the point I'm making is mayweather should never have the reflexes and speed & fitness at 38 without something going into his blood......back to Hopkins now...I can't stand mayweather but he has always been a different level to Hopkins and that's a fact

Stay on topic, Hopkins at 38 was a better fighter than Mayweather, better stamina, better legs, threw more combinations and that's not even debatable. It doesn't matter what you think about their levels at their peak, at 38 Hopkins was clearly a better fighter.

What the hell u talking about....Hopkins cannot compete with floyd on a skill level....for speed & timing and fitness.....how can you say that jeez....better legs than floyd and yet floyd moves the same as he does in the first round....footwork ? You continuously bring up Hopkins' fights well into his mid and late 40s. At a similar age Hopkins was more fluid with his combinations, never lost his footing in the same manner that Mayweather does now, you couldn't make Hopkins fight out of a southpaw stance momentarily. Also Hopkins could still attack whilst moving forward aggressively, Mayweather has trouble doing that right now.

Stop comparing their skill levels at their peak which mind you was never far apart to begin with, I'm strictly speaking around the same age.

the recovery period of 38 years old after taking that hard shot is unbelievable...PED can astronimically improve recovery,endurance,stamina,etc...If a very clean 38 years old absorbs the same punch then he will be 100% knockout unconscious..Floyd is superhuman coz IV flushes out any PED on his system and will not be detected by testing procedure.Very bad in sport.Cheating to greatness like lance armstrong.
