Maybe fans expect more from Groves or think he is better than he actually is.
I think he has gone stagnant. High European level/bordering world class.
I don't think he can hang with the elite. He might give a good showing or put a good argument but ultimately he'll fall short when matched against the legitimate top guys of the division.

One could argue he looked just as bad at times under Booth who I personally think is a very good strategist more than a very good trainer.

I think he may need a change but I am not buying Paddy has done an awful lot wrong here.

Groves has so much talent, I hope he comes back from this. Gotta give it up to Badou Jack, not the most talented fighter, but works hard, does the basics right and seems to be mentally strong, coming back from that 1st round KO against Edwards. Now the results are there to see, he's leading the way for Fighter of the Year in my book.

No shame in losing to Carl Froch and a juiced up Badou Jack, but mentally Groves might be another Fernando Vargas and mentally shot despite not even in his physical prime.

Booth knows how to teach and train his boxers how to generate power....something which seems to have disappeared since Groves parted ways with Booth

This is about the single most dumb ass statement I have ever seen posted.

              'Generate power?'

Groves problems are mental focus and his inability to make adjustments.

Most times fighters need to keep their girlfriends and wives away from their lockeroom and away from the boxing side of things.

I think he's done mentally. Serves him right.

Under Booth is strength and conditioning was better, and yes there is a technique to generating power i.e sitting on punches

I watched a interview with Booth not to long ago, where he talked about techniques he uses to get his fighters to hit harder, he talked about Andy Lee and his former fighter David Haye

What maybe a dumb ass statement to you, in actual fact was a statement made by Booth, who is more credibile than you are..

Although i am sure you have trained many champions
