Golovkin also has a number of very good prospective fights upcoming over the next year.

When he was in contract talks with Chavez Jr. and discussions with Froch, there seemed to be little on the horizon in the MW division. At that time, taking a fight at SMW for a major financial boost was an excellent idea. Now he has the unification fight with Lemieux, and further unification fights against Lee and the winner of Cotto - Canelo on the horizon which are much more profitable than a fight against Ward would be and they will enable him to achieve his goal of unification.

There is nothing that a Ward fight offers to come close to becoming the undisputed, unified, Middleweight Champion of the World. Beating him does not get GGG a title. It does not advance his goals. It gives him less money than any unification fight. It is totally pointless at this point in time and now that it seems that Ward is going to LHW, a total waste of time to discuss.
Beating Ward automatically makes GGG the number 1 P4P fighter in all of boxing.

But thats nothing compared to beating Lee though.

    Right?

        Ok let me educate you.

Golovkin was making the offer to Froch after Froch sold out Wembley Stadion and was not retired and he made Chavez Jr the offer when he was with Arum and still a huge name, both fights = PPV fights and GGG didnt have any other MW champ to unify titles at that time.

Now he has the option to fight in his natural weightclass and to unify titles at the same time, headlining hist first PPV and having the option to fight Canelo/Cotto afterwards, it cannot get any better than that, whats so hard to understand about it?
Keep your revisionist history BS to yourself.

According to anyone with a functioning brain.

Who would you put above GGG if he went up to 168 and beat Ward?

On which of the hundreds if not thousands of P4P lists that exist? Everyone has their own and Ward is not even on mine. Even if he did end up as number 1 on the RING list, what would that give him? It gives him no extra bargaining power for fights, it gives him no extra money. Being number 1 P4P and a 5 dollar bill will get you a large coffee at Starbucks. Same as if you were not number 1 P4P.

P4P lists mean absolutely nothing. They give the fans something to brag about, nothing more.

Beating Lee may well be the final part needed to unify all the Middleweight division titles. And yes, that is more important to Golovkin and to boxing history than one fight against an over rated former SMW champion.

Hey everyone calling Ward a dirty figher what about giggi

PC: There are some people that said you said, "I'm done," and there are some that said they never saw you say that and the ref used his own discretion to stop the fight. Did you say you were done?

WMJ: Yeah, I was just like, "I'm done!" It was little things like hitting behind the head, he's good at that, hitting you right behind the ear and after 6 rounds of dealing with that, I realized it wasn't going to be my night. Sometimes you just gotta bow out and live to fight another day. How many fighters have you seen under the circumstances where that'll be their last fight. And you'll have people out here crying like, after that 5th round, he should have had his corner call it quits; that way he could live to fight another day. But then those are the same people that when you call it quits, they say you are a quitter and you gave up. People are always on the contrast. They always want to be on the other side. It's not something that makes me mad when people say you are a quitter or things like that because I understand most of them have never been in a street fight, let alone prepared for a boxing match, so I don't think they should be judging me by what I do. I've worked the jobs that they work. I can go to Walmart and scan items and work in the shipping department. I can work in a corporate office because I have a college education and I've done it before, so I can do their job, but the job that I'm doing, they can't do.

And this is how you fight Bika without having to clinch all the time.

Yeah you turn southpaw, adapt a new style and magically become rangier, seriously get the fuck out.

And I already addressed the first video.
