Moreno/Payano was kind of absurd Pay was gassing badly while Chemito was starting to pick things up he would definetly win a rematch a shame WBA didn't call for one but as you stated if they had Chemito wins and still has a belt which would of made this fight unlikely.

Yeah it worked out for us. Moreno was making decent money in Panama defending his title so neither guy had an incentive to travel and unify. Him losing his title eliminated that barrier.

I've been neglecting boxing ever since school started up again, but I'm looking forward to this one. I don't keep up with 118 but this one is can't-miss.

I'm picking Moreno in the upset. I can't see him getting outworked by a deliberate head hunter and don't think Yamanaka can stop him.

I'd love to see Chemito win and regain a title. The way he lost his belt never sat well with me.

when it was announced I thought "yes, two of the best at bantam"...then I remembered, outside of reputation, Moreno hasn't been all that good for a while now and Yamanakas style may not gel well with him.

But the good news is, I'm not so sure this fight would've been made if Moreno still held his title.

Anyone else looking forward to this matchup? How do you see it playing out.
Yamanaka by knock out! Straight left, one shot one drop then ref will stop
