True or False: Pacquiao's comeback fight will get more

PPV buys than Mayweather's "Last Dance"

I'd say true. Doesn't matter who (Lucas, Brook, Khan, Crawford) Pacquiao would easily sell more than Mayweather's 400k PPV buy.

It would be a huge slap in the face for Mayweather.

He is not fighting in the USA so no he wont do better than 400k, but pacquiao isnt the self proclaimed cash cow or unbeaten so it doesnt matter anyway.

I see his ppv doing probably 80k buys. The only way pac is able to do decent buys is if he knocks out his next opponent aka highlight reel ko style or a back and forth action war and the casuals will buy his next ppv which will be on usa soil.

      Depends who he fights.

How many times does something so simple need to be explained?

What difference does it make if it's not in The USA?

It's still on HBO PPV at the same time in the USA.

Of course the haters choose to believe the lowest reported number. It still outsold Pac-Algieri.

It would be an afternoon PPV in America if he fought in England. Fights in America don't start until 4/5 am in UK.

                  Maybe.

If its Marquez V, as I heard Arum has added to the list, it definitely will. I think Marquez VII would be a solid bet at over 550k.

I feel like Khan has personally done a Pacquiao & Ronda Rousey type strategy connecting his name to Floyd often so much that his value has increased so I think he's the #2 highest PPV guy fight for Manny & over 550k.

The rest of them I'm kinda unsure of. Rios & Algeri both did 450k or less. I don't see Brook, Crawford or Lucas as being THAT much above Rios & Algeri in excitement for fans in the fight & being known by fans willing to pay $50+ to watch them fight. I suppose if I was ranking them from these last 3 guys I'd go with Brook #3, Crawford #4 & Lucas last with all the fights landing in between 350k-700k buys & maybe all getting pass 550k to none getting pass 550k.

                    I don't understand your question.

Where you fight has no effect on the PPV buys especially if the time slot is to suit American TV.

Floyd fights at MGM because he's the A side and choses where the fights take place.
