I can weigh at 140 pounds but if I'm fighting MWs or hold a MW title, then even if I fit the JWW division, me fighting guys in the MW division or holding a belt there means I'm a MW.

There are thousands of fighters who can fit within multiple weight divisions (some guys can move up or move down) but the weight they are going to be clearly classified at is the weight they fight at.
