he is probably the bigger draw but andre is still the more accomplished and local fighter. 50-50 is sound very fair.

Canelo agreed every term to make the Cotto fight happen would Ward be man enough to do it or is he too much of a coward?

That doesn't merit anything, this fight is GGG doing Ward the favour it doesn't need to happen and If GGG is the attraction then hell no does Ward deserve 50-50, I'd say 60-40 or 70-30 is fair because Ward is a boring fighter who nobody wants to see fight.

You would think Ward would have done so much more after winning the super six but while he wasted his time trying to get out of a contract the man he beat went on to take all the money & accolades instead. David Lemieux is part of the reason this fight is on PPV. Most of the PPV money will be coming from Quebec. Sure the fight will be soldout but how many people are actually buying this in the states? All Bute & Pascal fights were PPV in Canada & no where else. GGG deserves the lion's share of the purse if he fights ward but let's not overlook where the PPV buys will be coming from against Lemieux. If GGG fights Ward or anyone else other then Canelo or Cotto it is not on PPV. This Lemieux fight is his first headlining PPV fight & it is because of the PPV buys that will come from Quebec. We will see the numbers after. It's clear GGG is not going to fight Ward before he fights the winner on Canelo/cotto. The money for that fight would be too great to pass up & he would be on PPV again. IF he wins that fight then he would rather unify then fight Ward. both parties should just stop talking about a possible fight because it ain't going to happen. Ward has himself to blame for missing out on millions by twice taking his promoter to court only to lose. If the money was there then the GGG fight would happen.Ward needs to get a mandatory position which is his only way he gets to fight him. It's a shame because of his accomplishments but he would never make 160.

If Little G pulls at least 750K PPVs, I agree, he deserves 60%, so long as there is no catch-weight.

So its okay for Cotto to do it when he doesn't have to move up weight or do anything different to face an opponent everyone wants to see him fight because both guys are entertaining but....
You should give up your attraction factor, move up to Wards favoured weight and no doubt give him home advantage with hometown judges and a home referee?
Nah I don't think so, I'm glad Loeffer is dealing with this because he will make sure GGG gets paid whereas Ward can get a small cut, Golovkin is doing the favour not Mr I've not fought anyone notable in 4 years

70% is an offer you make when you don't really want the fight! Little G has a dilemma: he's not really in a position to call the shots because he's not the "A side" vs. Cotto, Canelo, or Mayweather, and he's not the favorite to beat Ward @ 168. Pacquiao is too small, so what's he (Little G) gonna do? I would suggest he accept the challenge by Erislandy Lara @ 160 for his next fight!
