But they did negotiate the fight. Hearn confirmed they were in talks. It's Hearn that pulled the plug, not Arum. Did you even bother to read the article?
Wrong, Hearn is not the guy to blame here , Quigg is the man to blame here

Sounds like Hearn is the one who wasted time negotiating the fight for weeks and then in the end said 'actually nevermind, it can't happen because of Joshua-Whyte' even though that fight has been basically set for months now and it was just a matter of them getting past their warm-ups last week.
And was Quigg-Donaire really gonna sell on UK PPV?

I don't see why they didn't put Quigg v Donaire, Whyte v Joshua and Crolla v Perez on the same card and make it PPV.
Hearn is just a greedy fûcker. Every half decent fight has to be PPV these days.

Tell me about it. That really would be a MONSTER card, but no doubt Hearn will put Hibbert-Ryan 4 on there, along with a middling Kevin Mitchell eliminator and call it a monster. Pathetic.
Quigg is a decent at best domestic level fighter who doesnt want it with anybody who can tune him up case in point donaire or frampton, look for him to keep fighting bums and framptons leftovers, avalos just got beat bad and showed little punch resistance and is most likely shot, maybe cheap eddie hearn can get him on the line for a few quid
