Floyd's low TE is su****ious, but its funny I looked up how to get dehydrated and this is one thing that popped up;
"Drink some Coffee have some candy or anything sweet and things with high protein, like snack bars.
With all that in your system and if you add a little exercise or just be active, dehydration should reach allot faster."
