floyd is pretty boring no doubt. floyd can't sell on his own. he retired on top but can't sell big like he usually does when he fights an exciting mexican opponent on a mexican holiday. and they even struggled to sell out the mgm grand.

floyd went out like a complete chump. this is why almost all americans don't appreciate or know who he is. ronda rousey gets more love and respect than floyd. american pharaoh (a horse) got more love and respect than floyd.

this is the sad truth for floyd. he never sold well on his own. he was always a chump.

I don't think the numbers would have done well regardless. Why do I need to keep watching Mayweather and Pacquiao? They both fought, it is nothing left for either so I just don't see a reason to keep watching either. ERA is Over! Ready to move on but looking at all these threads about Mayweather it seems as if a lot of people are not ready to move on from it because it is more threads about Mayweather than anybody else.

He robbed the bank again, got his $34 Million for basically nothing and is now retired

If he was the TBE fighter the masses would watch and it wouldn't matter who the opponent was. He is TBE defensive master and people don't want to shell big money for a sparring session. The people have spoken.

Well said, the only reason one should care to see the two is if it's against a quality opponent, that's it.

              Yo Berto.....

              SHUT UP!

Be grateful that you got a four million dollar pay day because it ain't like you did a whole hell of a lot to deserve...even while you were in there!

Don't talk **** about Floyd now...you need to be shopping for a Christmas card for him..he just fed you and a bunch of Haitians for the next ten years.

You ain;t **** Berto..talked all of that crap and went in there and did nothing.

It's unbelievable that Maidana is the ONLY one who knew what to go in there and do...he may not have been successful but he had a better plan than you Berto, and Pac and Canelo and the rest of you fools that followed Floyd around and ate his right hand counters.

So shut up and go enjoy that $4 million.

We know Berto, had Floyd not chosen you as the opponent, the fight may have touched 750K.

True enough, it most definitely was Floyd's fault. Good that crap didn't sell. But it was Floyd's fault for choosing a gate keeper like you.

The other 70K probably wanted to see floyd lose or were floyd fans. Floyds numbers are all because of opponents, not because of him. When he fought Canelo people tuned in to watch Canelo, same with Cotto, Pacquiao etc. Andre doesnt have many FANS but those who are carried the PPV.
                      Agreed 100%.
