the first offer was rematch in England, same money same everything if he won, and they turned that down and hearns wouldn't budge on that only when Rios was already in talks for the bradley fight did they try to change it up but guess what its too late now. They were trying to railroad Rios with a shitty offer cause they thought he had no option but then the bradley option opened up then they tried to sweeten the deal but like I said too late cause now Rios was entering into negotiations with Bradley and wanted that fight and look they had a hiccup but it got made, why because they negotiated, brook/hearn didn't want to negotiate with Rios its was their deal or nothing at first. Common sense tells me that Brook had second thoughts on Rios and realized it's a dangerous fight that could possibly land him in the hospital. I mean this is a guy that is fond of fighting No no Dans. Rios will be too much for him to handle.
