If I have guessed it correctly, Hearn and Quigg are using Donaire to lure Frampton. This is a Hearn tactic, which he did with Rios, to lure Khan.

Which means they're not really serious about Donaire. Which also means this is the second time Hearn screwed Dunkin now.
