Tune up fights are not a new thing in boxing, standards are just set too high for fighters today, who did Ali fight after Foreman? Who did Hearns fight before Leonard, who did Chavez really beat before he fought for a title? Same with Marciano? How many non title fights did Robinson have as a champion? Wjo did Duran fight after his loss to Leonard or Hearns?

Mayweather had just beaten Pacquiao and before that he had a looooong string of P4P, top 3 ranked 154 and 147 pounders and title holders, he has the right to have an easy farewell fight, Charlo just became a champion by beating a champion, the Dirrells have just fought Degale and Jack who are the best at 168 just behind Ward, Jacobs is gonna fight Quillin and Russel lost to Lomachenko just a year ago and came back early this year and became a champion by beating Johnny Gonzalez.

Stevensons been fighting mediocre competition lately but he has a couple of good wins, plus he wasn't the one who pulled out of the purse bid.

Wilder is a disgraceful champion btw, he's milking his reign as a champion in the ****tiest way possible.

I agree and the bad thing Wilder should of been facing nothing but world champion's or ex world champion's or at least fought someone who is undefeated after Stiverne like Browne Glazkov or Trevor Bryan maybe even Taishan just to keep it interesting til Povetkin and Klitchko

Plus I swear Floyd took a shot at Wilder last week saying you got a guy out there who's undefeated knocking guys out but isn't a house hold name so to me that makes a case for Klitchko because it took him 9 rounds to do something it took Arreola 1 round to do and that's bad for the sport and he can't knock Klitchko in any way because he has fought more champs and legitimate fighters than Wilder with the exception of a few bums but he has overall looked good holding those belts and keeping a streak for 10 years lets just see if he gets passed Fury next
