coulda sworn floyd wasnt "himself" all through the pacquiao fight camp, press conferences and weigh ins according to the endless pac-tards postings.

Maybe Floyd wasn't himself because he was nervous that someone was going to snitch on him for using IVs to mask the dope in his bloodstream...so he decided to get a waiver from USADA for the cheating to take the sting out of the blow?

What I said would still be in line with what USADA said...

Floyd called them and said "I need an IV make sure I follow the guidelines"...

But he didn't follow the guidelines... as he took 750 ml of fluid through an IV at home...

USADA really dropped the ball there...got called to make sure Floyd followed the guidelines and he didn't...

But why was he dehydrated? No one can answer that question? Nobody thought to ask Floyd that at USADA?
