No, that is going full ******.
The object of testing is to ensure that fighters are clean.
They need to.....
1) have adequate legislation/processes
2) be visible and consistent
So for example, IF Pacquiao - or any other fighter - received a TUE waiver from NSAC/USADA for medical reasons..... I would be fine with that.
Listen, I dont think I am splitting hairs here, but a guideline is just that..... a guide.
The point is, they have made a ruling, they have stated that Mayweather did nothing wrong.
Now they need to be consistent.
I am the first to admit that I have not kept myself up-to-date on this issue..... so for all I know you could be right..... but what I am saying is this..... if the rules are clear, and USADA/NSAC have made a decision, then they need to be consistent with that decision.
Maybe they haven't been fair and consistent, I dont know.
Then again, if they were inconsistent, I'm guessing you would have told me

So on a scale of 1 to Barry Bonds, how would you rate the probability that Floyd Mayweather used PEDs in the Pacquiao fight? No, epitest was high and testosterone was high end of normal. It was the ratio that was abnormally low. A typical testesterone test will check 2 things.
#1 Density of free testosterone in your urine or blood.
#2 Ratio of Testosterone/epitestosterone.
You beat the first test by diluting your urine or blood with a saline IV right before the test. It needs to be an IV just drinking a lot of water wont work.
You beat the second test by taking synthetic epitestosterone to bring the ratio down.
Floyd got caught with evidence of both. He got caught with an IV right before a test and he got caught with a Test/EpiTest ratio below 1.
It should also be noted that diluting urine or blood is also how you beat an EPO test.Comment

And there it is folks !USADA banned IV re-hydration in MMA 2 months ago.

So much for consistent.
So, what reasoning did USADA give for granting the TUE for Mayweather ?Comment

It has nothing to do with being the day before the fight. It has to do with the tester showing up. Yes the tests are random but you get enough warning to take a quick IV. Armstrong did the same thing for years.
Why would the fail to report Morales two separate failed A and B tests. I can give you hundreds of thousands of reasons. Non-profits are very corrupt mainly because they are non-profit. They cant put profits in the bank or give them to the share holders. Profits typically go back to the executives as bonuses. Why would a testing agency such as USADA grant someone a waiver for a procedure that violates its own testing protocol for the reason that it would permit a fighter to mask PEDs in the bloodstream?Last edited by GTTofAK; 09-16-2015, 07:08 PM.Comment

Yes, I did. More accurately I said that Margarito caught trying to cheat against Mosley doesn't prove that he did cheat against Cotto, unless Cotto's corner and the commission who were supposed to oversee and sign off on his wraps were incompetent.
Just like someone getting a tue for an iv of saline and vitamins doesn't prove he was masking something considering he was tested before the iv was administered.
Only difference, besides the fact vitamins aren't illegal and plaster of Paris is, is that any part of the pact@rds theory that doesn't make sense is claimed to be a conspiracy by Mayweather having several organizations in his pocket. I guess that means they were in Margarito's pocket too.Comment

It means that it is a brand new rule that hasn't even come into effect as yet.
So, considering that USADA/NSAC investigated the issue with Mayweather, ruled accordingly, and exonnerated him from any wrong-doing......
Also, does the MMA ban affect boxing ?
I mean, obviously it should..... but does it ?Comment

Right now I would say a 7 but I would put the pre justice department investigation evidence of Bonds at a 2-3. Its amazing that the press alone has dug up so much on Froid. Low Test/EpiTest ratio, IV right before a test. This is a level of evidence that simply didn't exist in the Bonds or Armstrong cases before the feds.Comment

Hilarious timing the new trailer just came out for The Program. The screen shot for the trailer for the Lance Armstrong movie exposing his cheating is of him scrambling to take the EXACT same IV that Mayweather got busted taking before his drug test. LMAO.

But yeah Floyd dyck riders nothing to see here. Watch the trailer and see what Lance was doing it should look familar.Comment
