I know that the ****** 'i hereby swear, under penalty of perjury' boilerplate gets added to a lot of contracts but it is meaningless unless its a sworn affidavit given to an officer of the court. If you are filling out a questionnaire for your doctor and it says 'i hereby swear, under penalty of perjury' its absolutely meaningless because you cannot commit perjury outside of the court or an officer of the court. You cannot create a criminal offense by adding it to a contract. Falsehoods in contracts are civil matters not criminal.

Floyd is not a good person. He is very insecure and doesn't like anyone who doesn't do what he says. I have never seen such a self-obsessed person before. So I'm assuming FIomos are accepting the excuse that Lil Floyd needed 750 ml of fluids through an IV at home because he was actually dehydrated and although the fact that these fluids would allow Lil Floyd to cheat PED-testing doesn't matter because USADA and NSAC are onboard with it?
