As a Mayweather fan, I have said that Floyd's accomplishments since hiring Alez Ariza, have to be called "suspect." We know from Freddie roach's mouth that Ariza was giving Manny "suspect" shakes! So to the Manny fans who supported Manny when he pulled out the fight due to blood testing: STOP! To Floyd fans who want to act like Floyd is not "suspect," STOP! Now about this report, please recognize the source, and the timing of the report:

        March 1, 2012:

Hauser has been an ardent, and eloquent, critic of HBO Sports, particularly the regime of its now-former president, Ross Greenburg. Writing for Internet sites such as Seconds Out and The Sweet Science, Hauser repeatedly blistered HBO in a series of lengthy articles about the inner workings and failures of its sports division in the boxing space...

So, on Wednesday, Plepler made a brilliant move in the game of office politics when he hired Hauser as a consultant. With that one move, Plepler plugged the leak and kept more embarrassing information about HBO from getting into the media...

Hauser announced in a statement he released Wednesday that he would continue to write, but that has become extraordinarily problematic. He is now highly conflicted, and even by putting a disclaimer on everything he writes that he is employed as a consultant by HBO Sports, questions will be raised about his work.

More significantly, what Hauser doesn't write will be as much of an issue, if not bigger, than what he does. Readers now can only speculate what information he has gained from being part of HBO's team that he is not disclosing that he would have disclosed previously.

In an email to Yahoo! Sports, Hauser defended his decision to continue to write about boxing.

"I'm not (and never have been) the HBO police," he wrote. "If you go back and look in my article archives, I wrote one or two articles about HBO each year. I'm still free to write about HBO and anything else I choose to write about. At the end of the day, my articles will speak for themselves. Readers (knowing that I'm a consultant to HBO) can put that in the equation when they judge the merits of what I write. It's no different from Frank Rich (who writes regularly about the arts and politics) being a consultant to HBO."

It's a dark day for boxing journalism. Despite Hauser's protestations, Plepler essentially bought the silence of one of the few men with the sources, the gravitas and the courage to take on the sport's powerful forces.

Richard Plepler, the co-president of HBO, has continued to keep a close watch over the network's boxing operation even after the hiring of Ken Hershman in October as president of HBO Sports. On Wednesday, Plepler made a move that stunned … Continue reading →

Now ask yourself: How did the narrative become Floyd is ducking Manny, when Manny refused blood testing? Why has Floyd's domestic abuse become front page, but it never comes up when talking about Ali or Tyson. Ali is beloved, and Tyson has made a dramatic comeback in the public from Hangover and his stand-up. Does the media have favorites? Why did this Hauser report come out the week of the fight?

Dude you are just ******. Perjury is lying to the court or an officer of the court. I know that the ****** 'i hereby swear, under penalty of perjury' boilerplate gets added to a lot of contracts but it is meaningless unless its a sworn affidavit given to an officer of the court. If you are filling out a questionnaire for your doctor and it says 'i hereby swear, under penalty of perjury' its absolutely meaningless because you cannot commit perjury outside of the court or an officer of the court. You cannot create a criminal offense by adding it to a contract. Falsehoods in contracts are civil matters not criminal.

Dont know where it was given I dont think it would make any difference if it was a dressing room a toilet or at home where is not the point , the fact it happened and the timing is relevant .

" “Before the fight started. When he gained two pounds [from 145 to 147] between the weigh-in and fight time.” In an earlier point in the interview, Roach said: “I saw the IV in his arm, I saw the IV marks, it was fresh tape, they hydrated him too late, they waited too long to hydrate him. It was nothing illegal… The thing was, they couldn’t get anything into his system… Nobody let him build his body back up. They did it to themselves.”

It's only a matter of time before the truth comes out so Pacqauio really needs to stop calling the kettle black.
He might be. Only time will tell. I mean on that same form he had a few things that raised an eyebrow as to the things he was taking. Especially toradol which does wonders for athletes in other sports.

In baseball, pitchers admitted they'd take it about 100 minutes before the first pitch to dull the arm prior, as well as prevent it from getting injured dotting their outing on the mound.

                  He's done. USADA is done.

Those IV equipment should have been confiscated by USADA and tested. They should not have taken the word of Mayweather's medical team that it was just saline, vitamins and supplements. Who was part of Mayweather's medical team, that should have been disclosed. Was the ped guru Memo part of that team? And if he was, shouldn't USADA have done due diligence in investigating?

                    LOL wut ?

He killed a superfight by totally refusing to undertake random blood tests.

And he did it by using an assortment of absurd excuses.

                    Excuses that suddenly disappeared.

Not quite the same thing there buddy.

Ask yourself, have you ever seen a "medical team" around Floyd in any 24/7?
