The numbers if true are deplorable. For someone trumpeting the "Best Ever" tune for the past decade, the support he received was underwhelming.

Let's just call a spade a spade. Floyd has always relied on another nation to rack up PPV views.
Every star "relies" on a dance partner though. That's literally a fact clearly backed up with evidence.

And even at the height of Floyd's stardom be did 1.2 Million with an unknown in Ortiz. Similar to Tyson's numbers against an unknown in Seldon.

Damn, they were 1000 seats short from selling out too and that's on top of heavily discounted tickets and massive number of tickets given away for promotion and comps.

        I said 500K-700K buys

Like I keep trying to tell people repeatedly Sho deal with Mayweather made them a tone of money. This article I believe doesn't even cover international rights sold to all these people keep saying it was a bad deal for Sho either simply don't understand how the business works or really just hate Mayweather.

This is exactly what I predicted, these are great number for anybody else, but a relative bomb for Floyd which it appears that him and Showtime are content with.

You should be telling that to your fellow floyd Stans. For years they have been saying floyd could do at least a million with anybody. They really thought he was that big of a star.

COMCAST even had a deal too. If you buy the fight you get 3 months free of showtime! haha when has that ever happened? I also want to see how they did in the movie theaters

Difference is those fights sold out. No free tickets for any of those fights

They made money particularly on the May-PAC deal. They simply played house money on this Mayweather-Berto fight.

                    Nonsense.

Tyson-Botha did not sell out nor did it come close to selling out, they sold less than Mayweather-Berto did.

Oscar-Mosley did sell out but their gate was less than Mayweather-Berto.

So clearly you don't have a clue.

i honestly dont give a **** haha i love hearing you guys though. always on your knees defending someone that could care less about your existance. but for the sake of argument
                      1. tyson-botha did well enough they didnt have to resort to giving away free tickets
                      2. it sold out which is my point and i dont give a sh it about the gate. the fight is way better than mayweathers past fights and memorable

like i said before get off your knees and focus on how much YOU are making instead of your master
