Had he fought Alexander Dec '13 when he was rated in the Top10, that wouldve gave him a major boost..but he fought hin after Porter beat him, after he slipped in the ratings..Algieri wasnt even rated at WW so its understandable it didnt budge his overall WW rating. Collazo? Had he fought him around 07 that wouldve got him a strong push, but he fought in 2014. Khan hasnt beat anybofy that would put him above everybody at WW
