He was still WBC champ at junior welter so he vacated that and moved up thus giving him a high ranking with the WBC.

I still think that what a fighter did at another weight should have no bearing on their intentions at another, that's why there's rankings so as to work yourself into a top position and this of course should apply to all Khan and Garcia inc.

Hold the FK up, how are Amir Khan and Danny Garcia the highest ranked fighters at 147 for the WBC. What kind of back room influential bullshhhh is this. Garcia has one fight in the division against Paulie, at least Khan has 3 wins and a silver belt but what about Bradley? Porter? Brooks? Hell Thurman. Hell even Robert Guerrero should be higher ranked than Garcia.
