Hell even Robert Guerrero should be higher ranked than Garcia.
that's what happens when a champion moves up in weight, Danny never lost that belt therefore his ranking is high when he goes to 147, he should be #1...look at Canelo he's never fought at full 160 and got his azz whooped by Floyd for the 154 belt and he's fighting for the 160 WBC belt did u complain about that? Bika moved up and in his first fight fought for the 175 belt did you complain about that too?

Most sanctioning bodies of belts don't rank a belt holder in they rankings unless they promoters ask for it like in Stevenson-kovalev situation, also if the champ in lower weight class moves up in weight they usually get a top 3 ranking or fight for belt in new weight class, sucks for the ppl that worked they way up in rankings but has always been done

I'd rather see a small tournament (maybe another super six?), but I like Khan and Garcia again too. Might take a little longer but Khan gets his azz knocked out again (that is if Khan accepts the fight, could be a BIG IF).

Lets see if Khan actually takes this fight that he once claimed he wanted more than Mayweather...

First, Garcia's win over Peterson was technically a Welterweight fight also (catchweight)

Other organizations' champions aren't ranked, or if your scheduled to fight for another organization's title, you aren't ranked.

Bradley -- fighting for WBO title vs. Rios on Nov. 7th (title vacated by Floyd)

Thurman -- WBA champion (upgraded to full champion after Floyd vacated)

              Brook -- IBF champion

WBC title -- vacant (Floyd vacated)

              Guererro -- LOL

Fair point re: Porter but in reality, a Khan-Garcia rematch is a bigger fight than Khan-Porter or Garcia-Porter (though both are good fights) because of the history between Khan and Garcia. As a result, it will sell more tickets, get more viewers, sell more commercials, and (most importantly to the WBC, generate bigger sanctioning fees).

So there's definitely a little gamesmanship going on with the rankings but frankly sometimes I'm fine with a little BS if, as a result, it delivers a fight we desperately want to see -- and this is one of those fights.

As a Khan fan this is the dream fight for the fall not only because it is Danny Garcia rematch, but the WBC WW title will also be on the line.

Now, u ****ting on him constantly would be justified if thurman, brook and Bradley had already fought each other a couple of times and Khan was the only one trying to get the big Fish, but the rest of them are doing the same, and you only got an agenda against this kid cuz it might actually work for him, same as it did for Bradley.

                    As for khan Garcia 2...Awesome!
I surely couldn't have been the only one noticing it. The only time Thack pops up to post is on a Khan thread with 10 individual posts in the same thread talking to himself slating Khan. You have other critics of Amir whom one can at least respect cuz they're boxing fans. Thack on the other hand has shown his real motivation behind ****ting on Khan in quite a few of his posts and it has nothing to do with boxing.

The reason you continue to defend and justify Khan's every move has nothing to do with boxing either.
