Pacquiao will only fight Floyd Mayweather in the USA , and Danny Garcia and his promoter will never agree to fight in China or Dubai..

So just go with Khan, Brook and Crawford

last 14 yrs. pac has had like 3-4 fights outside of the USA.

rios and algieri were tuneups that's why it was in macau.

Danny fights to the level of his opposition. He has a good chin and can box. I think a comeback fight for Manny will be a lot easier than Danny, probably Khan or another JWW moving up.

Arum is going to make the fight that makes Arum the most money and that would be against Crawford because Arum gets a percentage of each fighters purse and Arum gets all the money over guaranteed purses and event costs. A Pac vs Brook or a Pac vs Khan fight will not make Arum more money than Arum will make on an in house fight. Its not about the fighters its about Arum and his profit.

just because it's in house doesn't automatically mean more money for arum.

non-big fights, yeah arum will go in house and macau for the chinese money.

but brook or khan brings with it UK money. which arum can get more money from even if they are not both his fighters.

Let's be quite frank even a shot Pacquaio if he has any hand speed left would treat Garcia's face like a speed bag. DSG fans do not kid yourselves, Zab finally figured it out late in that fight, Herrera proved it again. Take away Garcia's hook and there isn't shhh left. Also why would Arum go deal with Haymon especially while Oscar is suing Haymon..when top rank and golden boy are co promoting lower tier monthly events.

48 and his gimmes: rios, algieri, marg, mosely, clottey and the gimme that backfired in jmm. also note that rios, algieri, jmm all had to move up in weight for these fights aka not fighting welters. also note the catchweights limiting the larger fighters like cotto, algieri, marg.
