Technically he's mandatory to the winner of Jacobs/Quillin, he's also a PBC fighter so he knows he won't have to fight Golovkin until after the Waddell & Reed fund gets turned off (next year).

First off if you're going to replace Roid Pedcheater Jr you have to DUCK Golovkin not fight him. Second I dont think Eubank Jr has enough losses or drug test violations to even be mentioned alongside Pedcheater Jr.
