Exactly! The truth is, Malignaggi doesn't really know the truth about Mayweather's or Pacquiao's use or non-use of PEDs, so he should really STFU. To adamantly defend one while condemning the other without evidence, is to clearly talk out of his ass. Just admit you want a fight & big payday from Pacquiao, Paulie, because you are irrelevant as a boxer & can't otherwise get a meaningful match. Antagonizing Manny with these opinionated accusations in order to get a fight is just pathetic.

Exactly my sentiment.....I use to like Paulie but now he sounds so bias siding with one who clearly violated the rules of WADA, USADA and NSAC, no other boxer would have done this in the State of Nevada without being scrutinized by the very entity that suppose to be fair for both combatants.... is clear the USDA and NSAC are in Mayweather's Pockets and that is why they rather look the other way.

If he was using PEDs he would need to take the masking agent (an IV) just before every test. Only problem is he doesn't know when they will show up.

Its not like Mayweather ducked random blood tests or anything.
