I have never thought he was TBE just an ALL TIME GREAT and prolly best of this era. But now with all this scandal stuff and him very likely juicing I think his stock takes a dive. The IV stuff does have to have an effect on his All Time standing. You have to question his accomplishments now. Just being honest and fair.

Dude is a straight cheater. He never fooled me.
I always knew where there was smoke there was fire.
From the moment they went on a bashing crusade on pac i had a feeling he was the user.

He never did year round testing. He was bulking up and fighting only twice a year and sometimes once. I knew he developed a cycle. Him being around wwe guys didnt help.
He was finally caught.
