The IV scandal was only news to those who don't follow boxing, anyone who does would have known about the history that Mayweather and USADA and NSAC share.

There have been bits and pieces of info regarding Mayweather and dodgy dealings with drug testing for years now. This isn't anything new in boxing, in May's life or in American sport.
