I never believe that about anyone. Seems like it'd be hard although I don't recall Lopez having that long a amateur career so maybe I just feel like a lot of those undefeated amateur record things are manager/promoter hype more than fact. Think Ray Robinson gots a similar undefeated amateur record I'm not buying & think he even has some crazy hype with first round KO's in the amateurs, 85-0 with 69 1st round KO's lol or something like that.

I also have Maricano as a top 3 fight all time, and Floyd isn't in my top 10, but i'm also one of the most objective posters on NSB too, so there's that.

Long time boxing fans and to be honest this "Record" I never really cared about it and I still don't! Means absolutely nothing to me because it hold no power what so ever in determining who is the greatest fighters ever

true it really doesn't but to act like being 49-0 in this sport fighting that many champions and not being hit much isn't an accomplishment is weird amongst boxing fans, meanwhile a person with loses, who gets hit with the same punches every fight, gets all the respect and praise???
