I think boxing was a much better sport when they were no PPVs. All other major sports are on free TV. Boxing should be as well. There is just no guarantee of a good fight, no matter who is fighting. You can try, but even the best potential match-ups can turn out to be terrible.

But there are better free fights on this year and I'm sure that will only get bigger. In my opinion, no fighter is worth spending $50 to see, much less $75.

I think Floyd is a great fighter, i'm not buying this fight, my opinion is that this fight sucks. If the fight flops, it would simply be because not too many people felt like buying or chipping in for a $75 low quality fight

Last night was the first time any of my casual boxing friends asked me About the fight, and they only asked because they are degenerate gamblers.

Floyd has legitimately hurt the sport with his boring performance against Pac, my friends blame him for not watching boxing anymore. There sick of wasting $ on fights when all he does is fight safe, and in there minds, all of boxing is becoming like that.
