    How Did Floyd Look?

I know he got off to a shakey start but you have to give Zab some credit for that. One Media person said this week that he thought Zab will come out strong, surprise Floyd with his skills, win the first 2 rounds, and then after that Floyd will dominate.

Sounds pretty accurate but some say Floyd was very unimpressive. I hear that most gave Zab 3 of the first 4 and none after that. Was Floyd impressive after that or not? Did he impress you? Did he look like #4# the best and how would he do against Margarito & Hatton?

Also, do you think he couldve stopped Zab if they didnt have that break in the action?

Zab looked good for about 4 rounds, Mayweather clearly outclassed him in the other 8 rounds. Zab looked good in round 1,2,4 and won the 10th because of Floyd basically taunting him.

Floyd worried me a bit at times but once he got settled into his groove it was all over and that was noticeable by the 6th round. Definately the number 1 fighter out their who else is their? The only other guy I think could give Floyd troubles would be Hatton due to his mauling style and outrageous workrate which would put a lot of pressure on Mayweather. Judah got the best of Mayweather in some of those exchanges due to pressure and Hatton would bring that. Also even though he completely dominated Sharmba and beat Zab convincingly I dont believe Floyd should stay at 147; while still impressive to me personally Floyd didnt look as fast.

IMO, floyd looked brilliant in the later rounds before the low blow, making Zab look like a fool.

I think he might need to go down also. He said he only walks around at 149. Anytime you come into a fight under the weight limit then you shouldnt be there but his skill level is so great that he can overcome it. The problem with going down is that alot of the top guys are starting to come up to 147 but he should go anyway because he is at a disadvantage

So am I dude, when Zab low blowed him and then rabbit punched and PBF stayed cool while Zab acted like a little punk, I then realized I really like PBF. I would have bet all my points that PBF would have dropped Zab if he wasn't low blowed.

These are the two adjustment I noticed that Floyd made that made the difference in the fight:

              1. He squared up on Zab instead of coming at him in a traditional stance, so his right had less distance to travel.

              2. He fought Zab way in close...way in close. He was like a couple of feet away from him most of the time in the later going.

Floyd could do this because he had the hand and footspeed to dodge most of what Zab was throwing at him.

He just seemed so slow with his reflexes and his defense...I dont know he looked good but I seen him look better...You cant really tell because Sharmba was a slow fighter when they fought so of course it wouldnt be super obvious but in this fight it was apparent...Mayweather can only pray Judah is the fastest guy in the 147 division otherwise he will be up for a bigger challenge...135-140 is where I like to see Mayweather...

I didnt see this fight but I did thought Floyd looked slower then normal against Mitchell but I didnt know if that was just how he would be at that weight or was he just a littile slower because it was his 1st fight at that weight? At every weight class he looked slower in his first fight or 2 and then he gets use to the weight and looks super fast again.

He is also walking guys down more so that is a slower fighting style and could just make him seem slower since he isnt moving as much anymore

I think that's the case, I still think hatton is the most difficult match up for mayweather, out there.
