Ruslan would do well on PBC with fights vs Porter, Guerrero, Garcia, Broner, or Maidana.
Even if Provo was on PBC, i dont know what makes you think Haymon would match him against those guys. Look at Haymons stable and imagine the best possible matchups, PBC will make all but those kinda fights.
