Canadian heavyweight champion Dillon (Big Country) Carman brutally knocked out 51-year-old Donovan "Razor" Ruddock in the third round Friday night in Toronto.

The 29-year-old from Mississauga, Ont., making his first title defense, floored Ruddock in the corner with two rights to the head and then clubbed the former world contender to the canvas again after the standing-eight count.

Sad. Ruddock would have been a top 5 heavyweight in today's dicision. Maybe even top 3 tbh.

i was there, the fight was horrible. these guys were telegraphing shots like rigo does except instead of shooting the shot at rocket speed at rigo, it came it ultra slow. ruddock looked so bad in this fight. i'm surprised he won his 2 previous fights.

vivian harris got absolutely destroyed too.

Hate to see that as a Ruddock fan. He wouldve crushed this guy in his prime.

He would have crushed 99% of the heavyweight division in his prime. And he could have even beat Vlad tbh. His smash is the perfect punch for a guy like vlad.

Wrong place wrong time thankfully Ruddocks ok. The ring is a dangerous place even for a young man and even though Hopkins has proved nearly everyone wrong with his aged success not everyone can do what he has .Pretty soon some one will pay the ultimate price because they can no longer do what they once could.
