Lara fought Paul Williams at 15-1-1. Spence, like Lara has a lot of amateur experience so he doesn't need 23-25 fights before hes ready to step up plus he's 25 years old! He is ready now......nobody with a name wants to fight him now so that's the problem he needs to be moved quickly into mandatory range
