"If a non-prohibited substance is infused or injected without a concurrent hospital
admission, surgical procedure or clinical investigation; a TUE must be submitted
for this Prohibited Method if more than 50 mL of fluid per a 6-hour period is
    infused or injected.

If a Prohibited Substance is administered via IV infusion or injection a TUE
application must be submitted for the Prohibited Substance regardless of
whether the infusion is less than 50 mL or the setting/circumstances under
which it is administered. In situations of medical emergency or clinical time
    constraints
, a retroactive TUE application is acceptable (ISTUE 2015 article 4.3)."
You forgot to bold the key part lol

"... or clinical time constraints..." You're right. I did. Dehydration apparently isn't a medical emergency anymore, so I figured you wouldn't care about the first part of the literature

Right but he's erased any credibility USADA still had in boxing, and made himself look like a probable user. It's a really bad look for the man who'd clean up boxing.

It's not if that 20m trip to the hospital (and next door to MGM Grand) is too much hassle.

Still doesn't handle the "... or clinical time constraints..." part lol

Floyd has every rules commission in Nevada and USADA in his pocket. You don't think he knows a doctor or 2? In any case, I'll take your acknowledgment that a 20 minute trip to the hospital would kill this argument entirely as conceding that this is all trivial BS, and that there is nothing legitimate to be levied against Mayweather.

It's not a clinical time constraint if performed at home for dark urine lol. If somebody attempted something like this in a regulated sport, they'd be laughed at. By USADA, to begin with.

Yes, of course money fixes a lot of things. Are we done?

It would cause a clinical time constraint because he was injecting more than the 50 mL limit, and would require a retroactive TUE to stay in compliance with WADA rules. Are we done?

You're now embarrassing yourself lol. Him administering an illegal dose would cause a clinical time constraint?!
