I think the issue with that is IV use is not banned by the NSAC, only by USADA.

USADA (for whatever reason) granted Floyd a retroactive exemption for IV use.

So I really don't see any official recourse for Pac.

      Nsac did say..

"As far as USADA, I was extremely disappointed that I wasn't notified right away (about Mayweather receiving an IV). When it comes to TUE, we are the sole agency that approves the administering of TUEs. USADA, nor any other anti-doping agency that does drug testing, doesn't have the authority to adminster a TUE.

"The bottom line is USADA didn't keep us informed, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional."

Yup they did find out only on May 19. Nsac is putting the finger on usada for covering this shyit up, but strangely they agreed to grant it..

But because of hauser, Nsac is in a lot of heat for granting it. They will fold eventually because of this IV gate. It is too big to hide the truth. They will have to spill the beans and blame it on usada and maybe Floyd since this scenario has now turned into save your own ass type of situation.

Its pretty obvious most of the people on here and Pacquiao as well (altho this is a given) don't know how to read. The IV is not even banned by NSAC for them to be punishing Floyd for using it....even Oscar got IV right before he fought Pacquiao for dehydration

USADA is the only one who's against the IV use but according to their spokesperson Mayweather had informed them of the use prior to using it and then filed the paperwork later so the only people who are against it and could take action are already claiming they were told about it and approved it verbally prior to the use so there's no where to go from here whether Mayweather was right or wrong

I actually do find it to be sketchy don't get me wrong, I think the funny thing to consider here is that Mayweather doesn't cut weight. According to himself and according to many of his post fight weigh ins he usually comes into fights at 149-150 and weighs in at 147 so why did he even suffer from dehydration after the weigh in?

The thing is, NSAC from that statement don't look like they tripping about it lol.

It's like as a kid you do something you think your parents won't let you do. Than 2 weeks later you confess and say you did it. And they are like "You should have just told me, I would have let you."

I can't blame Manny for trying. Punish Floyd by giving me another 100 million dollar rematch... lol!

I read that the FBI is on this case. All the skeletons in the closet will eventually come out even if right now it's too obvious Floyd fuvked up. 750 ml is too hard to miss, plus the administering in his own house. That's just shady written all over it.
