Every time their is drug and injection to be administered Nsac needs to be informed.

When did USADA inform Nsac?

The nsac doctor cleared him of no signs of dehydration during the weigh-in.

FALSE Where is the statement from NSAC that says he wasn't dehydrated? Tell me when NSAC has ever stated that a fight was dehydrated, and we all know that boxers have passed the NSAC physical while being dehydrated. So where is this statement that he was not dehydrated? NSAC never comments on dehydration, whether present or not. Show me one instance of NSAC claiming a fighter was dehydrated at a weigh-in.

FALSE USADA didn't change it's policy, as you try to insinuate. The UFC made a deal with USADA to overlook testing for its fights, and that is what created the IV restriction. It wasn't that USADA changed anything in it's protocol.
