So USADA was at Floyd house @ 1:45pm before the weigh in even starts.

when did USADA noticed Floyd was dehydrated?

do they need to be notified of floyd dehydration if they were with floyd that entire day?

if the weigh in was @2:00pm and USADA was at Floyd's house @1:45PM Floyd was not yet dehydrated at that time and therefore USADA went to floyd's house to collect the sample and not because they were notified floyd was dehydrated.

Right. Which is why retroactive exemptions exist. So those above the DCO's pay grade can consider the evidence and make a ruling after the fact.

But the problem is people like Rath continue to insist that when USADA arrived, they "caught" Floyd in the process of receiving an IV.

That's 100% false. USADA was already with Floyd. witnessed his condition, was there when the paramedic was called and witnessed the IV being administered.

So he wasn't "caught" doing anything. Rath is simply a liar.

As brought up by Conte, TUE's, especially Retroactive ones are not handed out like lolly pops. Especially in this case. Floyd was not even severely dehydrated.

They do not give IVs as they can skew the results. So then what is the point of the test if anyone can do it just before they get tested and are using PEDs?

First of all, if USADA is hiding something, its hard to know what you can believe coming from their end, right? ..... but I'm not even going there.


Its very simple. Floyd's weight was stable. Floyd was examined just before getting an IV. Floyd's story is conflicting with the truth. You cannot be severely dehydrated and not lose weight. It just NOT work that way.

Floyd's weight difference was nothing. 2% at weigh-in and probably 1% or nil after jugging all the fluids before he even requested for an IV. Its like robbing a bank in the open with witnesses, with videos, with documentation proving he did it and then Floyd saying that he is innocent. Its a big joke!


Let us know how one can get to be severely dehydrated while his weight is stable. Floyd cannot be innocent because science indicates that he was not in a condition that warranted an IV.
