What NSAC protocols weren't followed? The NSAC clearly stated Mayweather didn't do anything wrong.

IV wasn't a prohibited method in Nevada. No rules were broken. Everything was done by the book.

If you think the rules should be changed, that is lovely. Send the NSAC an email. Maybe they will change the rule.

But Floyd played by the rules that were in place.

If you are claiming Floyd broke the rules of Nevada, the onus would be on YOU to post a link. NSAC publicly stated Mayweather didn't do anything wrong. You are the one making wild accusations that have no basis in fact.
