USADA follows WADA international standards, which states that WADA can review any tue to insure it complies.

I made valid points as to why an investigation should take place. I also stated that the NSAC has actually requested an investigation because of a check box. I said that I had no problem with that but now that its for Floyd, no investigation?

Count the number of points that I made and let me know if I'm wrong with all of them, some of them or none of them. Again, it took one point to get an investigation going for Manny. Floyd incorrectly filled out that form too but there is much more than that ...... including that Floyd did something that was on the prohibited list but not Manny. So more reason to at the very least have an investigation going. Where is the investigation?

Perhaps this is true. Maybe, at the end of the day, the hated Mayweather is to blame for everything and his insidious tentacles are far reaching and all-encompassing. (Even in retirement he's a sickness.) BUT that does not mean that WADA did review the TUE. Right?

WADA has no obligation to review the TUE. Most cases where there is a review made by WADA, its because there was an actual request made by an athlete or organization to do so. In most cases, its to try to reverse a decision made previously on the TUE.

Just look at Lance Armstrong and how he got away with it for so many years .... IUC, physicians, athletes, event organizers, testing labs and others were all trying to hide what was happening ........ baffling!
