Thanks. So he basically lied on the pre-fight med questionnaire as well on the question about whether or not he "received any meds, drugs, creams, inhalants, injections in the past month" since he took that 750 ccs of IV fluids before fight night. No "serious medical conditions" either aside from allergies. He could have put he was really dehydrated.

NSAC already stated Mayweather did nothing wrong.

USADA already refuted Hauser's claims:

“Mr. Mayweather’s use of the IV was not prohibited under the NSAC rules at that time and would not be a violation of the NSAC rules today.”

“Contrary to Mr. Hauser’s unsubstantiated claims … CIR testing was conducted on all 22 urine samples collected from both Mr. Mayweather and Mr. Pacquiao during the testing program in advance of their fight,” according to the statement.

“USADA maintains, however, that focusing only on CIR testing is not up to current scientific practices. USADA also utilizes the Athlete Biological Passport to longitudinally monitor an athlete’s urine and blood profiles, which allows us to look for any minor or major fluctuations in an athlete’s blood and steroid values, including fluctuations in their [testosterone/epitestosterone] ratio.”

How many years did it take for those accusing Pac of being a steroid cheat to "let it go?" Even to this day, I'm 100% sure they'd say Pac's a cheat. This thread was made to discuss about Floyd's IV usage and that's what people are doing.

Pretty much. There's nothing on Floyd's medical form that would suggest he was "severely dehydrated", so we can put an end to that argument. Since he didn't need the 750 ml of saline for rehydration purposes, it would be logical to assume that he was using it with every intention to mask PEDs.
