That quote clearly indicates that he wasn't in compliance with the USADA program beforehand.

Your point would only be valid if he was NOT granted a Retroactive TUE. But he was granted one. So a Retroactive TUE means he is in fact in compliance. Do you even understand the purpose of a Retroactive TUE under WADA rules?

Actually if you knew **** WADA is being nice. Medically severe dehydration occures at 10%. WADA is giving some leway. What you posted are just symptoms and causes of severe dehydration. In the end WADA defines it as 7% loss of body mass. So do you think Froid really went 157lb to 146lb.

The question still remains, if Floyd was dehydrated to the extent of needing 750 ml of saline - roughly 15 times over the WADA limit - why didn't he go immediately to the hospital after the weigh ins?

Let me help you out, since you seemingly enjoy getting owned.

An application for a TUE will only be considered for retroactive approval where:

            a. Emergency treatment or treatment of an acute medical condition was necessary; or

            b. Due to other exceptional circumstances, there was insufficient time or opportunity for the Athlete to submit, or for the TUEC to consider, an application for the TUE prior to Sample collection; or

            c. It is agreed, by WADA and by the Anti-Doping Organization to whom the application for a retroactive TUE is or would be made, that fairness requires the grant of a retroactive TUE.

Oh I'm not angry I enjoy hurting your feelings. You have an overdeveloped sense of self worth that needs to be dropped a peg. Participation trophies and easy grades made you think you are a lot better than you actually are. You need a dose of reality. In truth you are a dumb****.

but they did test Floyd, as required, and he came up negative, where is the fraud against the gov't?

dude, You want so badly for the loss to be erased from Manny's record like those TDF ins for Lance.

Would that really change what you saw? would that suddenly make May 2nd go away? Of course not.

Face it dude, Manny just blew it and lost decisively.

Not really! Floyd won, PAC lost, nothing will happen!
Will you pick me up at the airport or not? You can join me and my daughter at the Manila Polo club! A really amazing place! Have you been there?! Great place to go! A great friend of mine, his family has a lifetime membership, and it is amazing!! They speak fluent Spanish and have taken me in like a family member!!! If you are with me, you can pass the check point to San Lorenzo village! Nice place! Like Beverly Hills!

You should get a job there!!!

You seem to be the one in need of help. Perhaps putting things into a visual perspective will help you understand the situation more clearly.

Does Floyd appear to be in dire need of medical attention?

Now that you got owned on the TUE, we've move to picture inspection of weigh-ins as proof of anything? Does Pacquiao seemingly having a smaller head and then couple years later having a bigger head in pictures proof of anything? It prove anything for a fact?
