Subject matter jurisdiction??? Who has it! Stop with those rules! Meaningless! Who has subject matter jurisdiction to hear and decide this matter? He will issue subpoenas? Not the court of public opinion! Not the PAC man fan club!

Who has the authority to rule in this???

    State your case smart guy!!

      Then why has nothing happened??
A global conspiracy to take PAC man down! Let's get to the bottom of it!

Like most substances and methods on the WADA Prohibited List, the use of IVs in this manner is prohibited without a TUE. When an athlete has an approved TUE, as in the case of Mr. Mayweather, who received a retroactive TUE for his use of an IV containing saline and vitamins, it is not a violation of the WADA rules to use the substance or method. Retroactive TUEs are a standard part of the WADA International Standard for The****utic Use Exemptions (ISTUE)
This report excludes important details such as when Floyd applied for the TUE and when the TUE was actually approved, it makes USADA appear deceptive and misleading.

Yeah he weighed 146lbs a few hours prior. He had weighed 150.5bls 3 weeks prior to that.

The wheels of justice turn slowly. Congress has been looking at steroid abuse in boxing there were hearings just before they recessed. Lets see what happens when this gift basket is dropped in their lap.

ok, so the answer is no, he didn't meet that requirement. How should we hold USADA accountable for allowing this?

You didn't point out anything. The Retroactive TUE was legal and within WADA rules. Mayweather was in compliance. Those are the facts.
