Says USADA which has lied in the past. Its simple math. WADA requires 7% body weight dehydration for an IV to be administered and a TUE granted. Any evidence Floyd was 11lbs down?

Did the LA Federal Prosecutor really have rock solid cause when the went after Armstrong? No he had a trumped up cause that Armstrong defrauded the postal service. The cause here with USADA being granted approximately $10M annually from the federal government to implement WADA rules and protocols is far stronger than anything we have seen the feds use in the past to go after cheaters.

When an athlete has an approved TUE, as in the case of Mr. Mayweather, who received a retroactive TUE for his use of an IV containing saline and vitamins, it is not a violation of the WADA rules to use the substance or method. You didn't point out anything. The Retroactive TUE was legal and within WADA rules. Mayweather was in compliance. Those are the facts.
