It's not they cannot answer Rath. They can't. Up to this day. No official statement by USADA or NSAC who certified and diagnosed Floyd to be dehydrated so and so that he needed illegal IV use.

I'm wondering, if I go into my garage and declare over and over again that I'm a car will I be able to drive out or will I have to settle on walking out? (Same analogy works on airports, race tracks, and train yards.) I guess some "boxing fans" think that if they repeat stuff long enough people will start listing to them or that what they're repeating will somehow become reality. I'm not sure what to make of that behavior beyond calling it delusional?
