I'm trying to understand how investigations are supposed to be conducted. If an organization in charge of testing says that Floyd did nothing wrong and it ends there, it's still a "scandal" if some of Pac's mentally ill fans are convinced something improper happened?

What you fail to understand young flowmos. The damage has been done. As evident to the number of viewers visited this thread and the poll that shows loud and clear the majority has found floyd guilty of being a PED cheat. He has already been found guilty beyond reasonable doubt by the boxing community.

To end an empire one must learn from Master Lance Armstrong, it took time for the truth to come out, but when it did. It was a constant stream of shame that followed. So I say to impatient truth seekers.

The kind of abnormal ratio that Floyd had is common with someone coming off short ester or no ester testosterone as it's physically impossible for any high level athlete to have such a low ratio without losing muscle mass, gaining excess fat, and developing gynecomastia (aka ***** ****). An educated endocrinologist can tell you with 99% certainty that there was use of some kind of PED/steroid.

For some odd reason, USADA is withholding any information regarding Floyd's abnormal T:E ratios from his fights with Victor Ortiz and Robert Guerrero. Whether or not the samples were even CIR tested remains unknown.
