There is a reason Hauser doesn't outright accuse anyone of anything that could result in him being sued. Saying protocols were not followed is a lot different from actually calling someone a liar. What he's doing is raising some very valid questions regarding the way they handled the testing for the Floyd/Pac fight in addition to the other fights that they botched testing for.
He's saying they didnt follow protocol. They're claiming they did. Therefore he's calling them liars. That to me is grounds to sue for defamation.Comment

Right... Floyd's IV was already covered by Iole back in May. Where were you Top Rank evangelists back then? A novelist comes in to stir up gossip...everybody knows it...forum kids go wild like a Harry Potter book. What happens when you don't let Thomas Hauser at a press conference? ''IV Thread''

The problem is the messenger. It was a very good follow up article and Hauser is being completely transparent. He is not trying to convulate the message and is shedding the spotlight on the holes in USADA's Detail Correction report. I just don't understand how an unbiased fan cannot read the articles and facts put forth, and not come to the conclusion that USADA's actions and responses to the facts are fishy as hell.
People think the agenda is aimed at Mayweather. But the agenda is by all accounts, the want for a clean sport. USADA is not following the Code, or their own ethics with regards to their boxing drug testing platform.
This particular writer has been obsessed with Floyd's downfall going on like 10 years now.
He can write whatever he wants, he can never claim journalistic integrity regarding anything that has to do with Floyd.Comment

That is a biased fan perspective. Hauser has been lauded by his peers and has won awards for his work in boxing journalism. Any attention he has heaped on Floyd wasn't out of thin air.Comment

His articles arent an attack on Floyd. He's attacking the integrity of USADA and he's not the only one. The NSAC has also voiced their displeasure with them and have even threatened to ban them from overseeing testing for their MMA and boxing events.Comment
