Those ratios bring up red flags. The reason why he was cleared is because he passed other tests (CIR testing).

Even then, people like Conte still think its highly su****ious and that he should be placed under a watch list (targeted). So in other words, Conte is thinking that even though he passed the CIR test, it does not mean that he did not cheat. It just means that since they rely so much on their CIR testing and he passed that, they need to consider him clean even though his ratios are highly su****ious and possibly still cheating in a way that they are not aware of.

The issue is cut off date. Manny didn't like having blood drawn right before a fight. There is no testing reason for there to not be a cutoff date.

Bull****. He initially refused to be tested. There was no reason for manny to want a cut of date if he had nothing to hide. The "blood drawn" excuse was something he made up.

[People say], ‘Well maybe it’s because he was taking *******.’ There’s no solid science out there that shows ******* lowers testosterone.

"Typically without using drugs with black males, 50 to 150 would be the normal range [for testosterone], compared to Jon Jones came back his highest level was 4.9. Even on the low end he’s only got 10 percent of that. It’s really, really low,” Conte continued. “It wasn’t just that one time. The first part of December when he tested again the second time it’s still relatively low. Those are in my opinion just highly su****ious, very, very low levels.”
